O & B Water Supply Corporation will have two (2) director positions open for nomination. Current members; (incumbent) Otis Meier and (incumbent) Billy Ellis, have opted to run for another term. If you wish to run or nominate someone to be a director, you may pick up an application form at the O & B Water Supply Corporation office, located at 11821 State Hwy 53 Temple, TX. The application form must be completed and returned to the office or emailed to office@freienterprises.com by Monday December 8, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. to be eligible.
Members may request items to be placed on the agenda of the Annual Member Meeting by contacting the office during regular business hours or sending an email to office@freienterprises.com by December 15, 2025.
